Our Teachers

Ms. Soye
Piano Teacher / Director
Soye majored in Piano in Korea. With 15 years of teaching experience in Korea, Canada, US and Australia, she makes an effort to teach the value of diversity through music. Soye also studied Performing Arts Administration at New York University in US, working for several orchestras and art centres (management).

Ms. Viola
Violin Teacher
Viola received her Master’s Degree in Violin Performance with Distinction from the Royal Academy of Music in 2020 and Bachelor of Music from the Peabody Conservatory of the Johns Hopkins University in 2018, where she received the J.C. Van Hulsteyn Award in Strings. Viola was one of the finalists in the 1st Alice and Leonora Schoenfeld International String Competition, and she performed a solo recital in the Burgos Music Festival. She volunteered at local elementary schools in Baltimore during her studies and taught in Hong Kong and Singapore, where she gained various teaching experiences with students from a diverse background and ages. She is a firm believer that music education is essential for young children to develop sensitivity, creativity and imagination through persistence, and aims to cultivate musical interest among young musicians.

Ms. Olivia
Flute Teacher
Olivia is a classically trained flautist currently completing a double degree in the Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Arts at Monash University. She has diverse performance experience in both solo and ensemble settings, across a wide range of musical genres. This includes a solo performance at the Australian Education Union Conference in 2019, as well as performances with the Monash Academy Orchestra during its 2025 season. She is also a member of the Western Region Concert Band. As a teacher, Olivia is dedicated to helping her students build confidence as they work toward achieving their musical goals.
